Terms of Service

Delvok ("we," "us," or "the Company") provides WordPress malware rescue services and managed hosting infrastructure. Our services include forensic malware removal, site hardening, migration to isolated container infrastructure, and ongoing managed hosting with 24/7 monitoring.

By purchasing or using any Delvok service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Managed hosting is billed monthly at $47/month per site unless a custom rate has been agreed in writing. Rescue services are billed as one-time fees at the rate published on our website or quoted in your proposal.

All fees are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to your email on file. Existing hosting clients at founder rates will remain at their agreed rate for the duration of their service unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to use Delvok-managed infrastructure to:

• Host content that violates applicable law.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content.
• Conduct automated scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Store or transmit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Run cryptocurrency mining, torrent seeding, or other resource-abusive processes.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Response times: Critical issues (site down, active malware) receive same-day response during business hours. Non-critical requests are addressed within 1–2 business days.

Uptime target: We target 99.9% uptime for managed hosting infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.

Clean guarantee: Sites on Delvok managed hosting are monitored 24/7. If malware returns while hosted with us, we remediate it at no additional charge.

Credentials you provide for rescue work (WordPress admin, SFTP, etc.) are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Credentials are automatically purged from our systems once the rescue is complete, unless required for ongoing managed hosting.

We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., DNS providers, CDN) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

By you: You may cancel managed hosting at any time by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. One-time rescue fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

By us: We may terminate or suspend your service for non-payment, acceptable-use violations, or at our discretion with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to migrate your site elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delvok's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

While we take every reasonable measure to secure your site, we do not guarantee that any site will be permanently immune to all future security threats.

You retain all ownership of your website content, themes, and plugins. Delvok retains ownership of its platform, tools, processes, and proprietary hardening configurations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
